Quidditch Canada 2018-2020 Event Bidding Process Opens

Quidditch Canada is excited to announce the start of the bid process for major tournaments for the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons. Since its inception, Quidditch Canada has held major tournaments taking place in ten cities stretching across four provinces. Opening bidding for two seasons marks a major step forward for the organization to meet industry standards.

Quidditch Canada is accepting bids from now until May 4, 2018 for its Western Regional Championship, Eastern Regional Championship, and National Championship events for the next two seasons.

“Opening the bid process for multiple seasons brings Quidditch Canada in line with numerous other Canadian NSOs,” says Bidding Manager Sachin Kotecha. “I look forward to strengthening relationships with cities across Canada as we continue to grow the sport.”

Further information regarding the timeline, as well as the bid manual for interested hosts can be found on Quidditch Canada’s website at quidditchcanada.com/event/event-bidding/.
