STC’S PRESTIGE Awards celebrate the people, places and events that make the Canadian sport tourism industry so dynamic. These awards are presented annually in six categories to honour individuals, companies and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the success of the sport tourism industry.

2019 RECIPIENTS

COVID-19 Update:

The PRESTIGE awards presentation, recognizing outstanding sport events. sponsors and people from 2019, has been postponed. It will now take place at Sport Events Congress 2021 in Ottawa in April of 2021. We look forward to honouring them all during the PRESTIGE Awards Presentation & Networking Reception & Luncheon at that time.

Because so many sport events have been postponed or cancelled in 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the nomination period for 2020 and 2021 will be combined, with those awards planned to be presented in 2022 at the Sport Events Congress planned for 2022.
